Calicut NIT Facilities
The students at NIT Calicut benefit from having access to suitable facilities like a hostel, library, and other learning resources throughout their time in college. Sports facilities are offered to the students at NIT Calicut so that they can take a break from their regular academic schedule. The NIT Calicut campus has a fleet of buses that it utilises to transport students as conveniently as possible. While the National Institute of Technology, Calicut’s (NIT, Calicut) computing centre handles all computing needs, the campus networking centre offers internet and intranet services to college students, staff, and faculty. Male Hostel
The college offers good dorm accommodations for the students in its boy’s hostel. The students have access to all the amenities they require, including a table, chair, cabinet, water cooler, etc. Each hostel offers guest rooms for family members and other visitors of the residents. Also offered are computational resources and internet access around-the-clock.
Female Hostel
The facilities at NIT Calicut include separate dorms for female students. The facilities at the girls’ hostel include a women’ gym, a sewing and tailoring shop, a hostel library, a fitness facility, an indoor sports facility, a DTP centre, an ice cream shop, and a cooperative store. Every hostel has a common area with a recreation area with TVs, magazines, newspapers, and equipment for indoor games and sports.
Medical/Hospital
At the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, a health centre is open twenty-four hours a day. It is staffed with qualified medical professionals. Additionally available are a laboratory, an ambulance service, and referrals to local hospitals. There is also a counselling service available.

The servers at the centre are DELL PowerEdge T620s with dual Hexa-core processors and HP ProLiant Racks with dual Quad-core processors.
Waiting area/guest room
There is a guest home available for NIT Calicut’s visitors. There are both AC and non-AC rooms available. There is also a complete meeting room there.
