Aside from professional obligations, the College has computer applications has now become a binding compulsion in day-to-day life. Because the University offers a wide range of professional and vocational programmes in addition to those that are solely computer-based, such as MSc (IT), MCA, B Tech computers/ electronics/ Biotechnology, Instrumentation, BCA and BSc (IT), etc., the necessity for an advanced Computer Centre is obvious. As a result, consistent effort has been made to outfit the Computer Center with cutting-edge technology and software. The University’s major computer facility is now a Tier 2 data centre, with more than 11 high-performance servers and high-end computing power.Aside from the computer lab, the Computer Center manages a network of over 500 complex computer systems throughout several departments. Computer Center hosts Bundelkhand University’s in-house web presence with domain names https://www.bujhansi.org and https://bujhansi.ac.in and several subdomains to meet the needs of Bundelkhand University. The Computer Center boasts a cutting-edge internet infrastructure that includes a 1Gbps NKN Link and a 45 Mbps backup link. Aside from this core facility, most Institutes/Departments on campus have their own computer labs.

Hostel for Girls

The Women’s Hostel and Jhalkari Bai Girls’ Hostel, which can house 150 and 300 inmates, respectively, are fully operational, and development on a SC/ST Women Hostel is underway. A working women’s hostel for residential faculty members and research scholars has opened. All existing hostels have the necessary amenities in terms of security, food, furnishing, telephone, regular power and water supply, provision of hot and cold water during winters and summers, recreation and television room, and so on. Both By the start of the next academic session, the dormitories will have in-house Internet connection.

Hostel for Boys

The Boys Hostel at the College can accommodate more than 150 students. The Boy’s Hostel, like the Girls Hotels, is fully furnished with all necessary amenities. The new SC/ST Boys hostel, which will house around 200 students, is expected to open at the start of the next academic session.

Classrooms

The College has classrooms and has done away with traditional teaching methods. Projectors and interactive boards have been installed in departments and institutions to ensure the best learning, technological integration, and interaction between students and professors. The University pioneered the use of information technology by installing smart classrooms with internet connections in many departments. Students can use the smart classrooms in their spare time, and they give ideal platforms for presenting, communicating, and sharing information with one another.

Wifi

In the first phase, Wi-Fi was installed in the girls’ hostels and administrative buildings. The entire campus will be covered before the end of the year.
