Male Hostel

Modern leisure facilities are being built in a new hostel block that is entirely air-conditioned. 500 students will be housed in this hostel complex, the first phase of which has been functioning since June 2018. Already, 300 students are residing in this hostel. By March 2021, the second phase is anticipated to be finished.

The dining facility has a ground-floor air-cooled dining hall for students and a mezzanine-floor air-conditioned dining hall for faculty, staff, and visitors. Up to 600 people can be served at once in this structure. Our institute also has separate dormitories for male and female students, a large library, lecture rooms, reading rooms, outdoor and indoor sports fields, and a medical area.

Infrastructure for IT

With over 1000 nodes connected to a backbone of 10 Gbps fiber connectivity and a multi-layer, top-of-the-line Cisco campus-wide network, IMT boasts a completely Wi-Fi-enabled campus. IMT provides Metro Ethernet connectivity at 420 Mbps (1:1), which can be increased to 1 Gbps upon request. To handle domain, apps, security, and storage service, we have 13 enterprise-level servers. According to international standards, the server room was created. The most recent laptops and laser printers are given to every professor. We have given the students access to the internet constantly. All members of the staff, students, and alumni have access to a company-issued email address that may be accessed from anywhere in the world.
